2026 RED Conference
About This Event

Leadership matters more than ever.
Whether you're leading a company, managing a team, building a business, or aspiring to become a stronger leader, the ability to develop people is one of the most important skills you can invest in today.
That's why the RED Conference is returning to Frisco in 2026 with even bigger plans, powerful conversations, and opportunities to learn from leaders who are making an impact far beyond our community.
RED is designed to help organizations strengthen their talent pipeline, develop future leaders, and create workplaces where people want to stay, grow, and succeed. It's also a day for individuals who want to sharpen their leadership skills, expand their perspective, and be inspired to lead at a higher level.
And yes, Mentor Moments will be back.
One of the most talked-about experiences from our inaugural conference returns, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with local leaders, ask questions, gain insights, and build meaningful relationships.
Last year's conference brought nationally recognized speakers and practical leadership lessons to Frisco. This year, we're raising the bar.
Meet Our 2026 Keynote Speaker
It is our pleasure to welcome Dan T. Cathy, Chairman of Chick-fil-A and Founder and Chief Visionary of Trilith, as our keynote speaker for the 2026 RED Conference.
Dan is recognized around the world for his servant leadership, commitment to developing people, and ability to build cultures that inspire others to thrive. His insights on leadership, purpose, and organizational culture will resonate with leaders at every level.
While many know Dan for his leadership at Chick-fil-A, his work through Trilith is equally inspiring. He has helped create a community built around connection, creativity, and collaboration. Dan often describes Trilith as a place to live, create, and play, reflecting his belief that great communities are built around people, not simply buildings.
Leadership From the Conductor's Podium
Joining Dan on the RED stage is Pete Hazzard, Managing Director of Fine Arts at Frisco ISD, an accomplished conductor, author, and leadership speaker who brings a fascinating perspective to the way we lead people and teams.
We first met Pete while touring the new Frisco ISD Visual and Performing Arts Center. As we learned more about his work and the way he translates lessons from the conductor's podium into practical leadership principles, we knew his perspective belonged at RED.
What can we learn about leadership from the conductor's podium?
Quite a bit.
A conductor does not play every instrument. In fact, they do not make a sound. Instead, great conductors create clarity, establish pulse, build trust, listen carefully, and help talented individuals work together toward something bigger than any one person could accomplish alone.
Pete uses that lens to help leaders think differently about communication, coordination, collaboration, trust, and team performance.
His message also reinforces one of the ideas at the heart of RED: Great leadership is rarely a solo performance.
Learn Together. Lead Better Together.
You can reserve one seat, but RED may be even more valuable when you experience it with your team.
Leadership, like music, is rarely a solo performance. When your team hears the same ideas, learns to listen differently, and develops a shared language, you are better equipped to move forward together.
Bring an emerging leader, a manager, a colleague, or your executive team. RED is designed to equip your people with ideas they can put into action immediately and continue discussing long after the conference ends.
This year, we're also excited to welcome you to the beautiful Frisco ISD Visual and Performing Arts Center, creating an inspiring setting for a morning of leadership, learning, and connection.
