DESCRIPTION:Leadership matters more than ever. Whether you're leading a com
	pany\, managing a team\, building a business\, or aspiring to become a str
onger leader\, the ability to develop people is one of the most important
skills you can invest in today. That's why the RED Conference is returning
to Frisco in 2026 with even bigger plans\, powerful conversations\, and o
pportunities to learn from leaders who are making an impact far beyond our
community. RED is designed to help organizations strengthen their talent
pipeline\, develop future leaders\, and create workplaces where people wan
t to stay\, grow\, and succeed. It's also a day for individuals who want t
o sharpen their leadership skills\, expand their perspective\, and be insp
ired to lead at a higher level. And yes\, Mentor Moments will be back. One
of the most talked-about experiences from our inaugural conference return
s\, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with local leader
s\, ask questions\, gain insights\, and build meaningful relationships. La
st year's conference brought nationally recognized speakers and practical
leadership lessons to Frisco. This year\, we're raising the bar. Meet Our
2026 Keynote Speaker It is our pleasure to welcome Dan T. Cathy\, Chairman
of Chick-fil-A and Founder and Chief Visionary of Trilith\, as our keynot
e speaker for the 2026 RED Conference. Dan is recognized around the world
for his servant leadership\, commitment to developing people\, and ability
to build cultures that inspire others to thrive. His insights on leadersh
ip\, purpose\, and organizational culture will resonate with leaders at ev
ery level. While many know Dan for his leadership at Chick-fil-A\, his wor
k through Trilith is equally inspiring. He has helped create a community b
uilt around connection\, creativity\, and collaboration. Dan often describ
es Trilith as a place to live\, create\, and play\, reflecting his belief
that great communities are built around people\, not simply buildings. Lea
dership From the Conductor's Podium Joining Dan on the RED stage is Pete H
azzard\, Managing Director of Fine Arts at Frisco ISD\, an accomplished co
nductor\, author\, and leadership speaker who brings a fascinating perspec
tive to the way we lead people and teams. We first met Pete while touring
the new Frisco ISD Visual and Performing Arts Center. As we learned more a
bout his work and the way he translates lessons from the conductor's podiu
m into practical leadership principles\, we knew his perspective belonged
at RED. What can we learn about leadership from the conductor's podium? Qu
ite a bit. A conductor does not play every instrument. In fact\, they do n
ot make a sound. Instead\, great conductors create clarity\, establish pul
se\, build trust\, listen carefully\, and help talented individuals work t
ogether toward something bigger than any one person could accomplish alone
. Pete uses that lens to help leaders think differently about communicatio
	n\, coordination\, collaboration\, trust\, and team performance. His messa
ge also reinforces one of the ideas at the heart of RED: Great leadership
is rarely a solo performance. Learn Together. Lead Better Together. You ca
n reserve one seat\, but RED may be even more valuable when you experience
it with your team. Leadership\, like music\, is rarely a solo performance
. When your team hears the same ideas\, learns to listen differently\, and
develops a shared language\, you are better equipped to move forward toge
	ther. Bring an emerging leader\, a manager\, a colleague\, or your executi
ve team. RED is designed to equip your people with ideas they can put into
action immediately and continue discussing long after the conference ends
. This year\, we're also excited to welcome you to the beautiful Frisco IS
D Visual and Performing Arts Center\, creating an inspiring setting for a
morning of leadership\, learning\, and connection.
