Threatened and Endangered Species in N. Texas with TX Parks and Wildlife

Join us for 'Threatened and Endangered Species in North Texas and What You Can Do To Help'!  We are excited to have Sam Kieschnick from Texas Parks and Wildlife join us to talk about the species of conservation concern, what Texas Parks and Wildlife is doing and then some things we all can do for our local wildlife.  Come learn what you can do to help these species and what to look out for!

Sam is an urban wildlife biologist with TPWD serving the east side of the DFW metroplex.  His focus is on three A's:  awareness, appreciation and action.  In addition to TPWD, he has held many positions as an educator, naturalist and botanist with various organizations as well as an instructor at Weatherford College.  He has a master's degree from Tarleton State University.
