	NT. You are invited to a half-day policy summit joined by business\, commu
	nity\, and civic leaders to explore regional issues of interest prior to t
	he start of the 88th Legislative Session. Seating will be limited\, so res
	erve your ticket today! The Collin Leadership Policy Summit will offer six
	 breakout panel discussions for guests to choose from. From 9:15 – 10:00 a
	m\, guests will have the ability to attend one of three panels. The next r
	ound of breakout discussions will be from 10:15 – 11:00 am\, with three ad
	ditional panels to choose. The lunch program will begin at 11:30 am with t
	he featured keynote\, Margaret Spellings\, U.S. Secretary of Education (20
