DESCRIPTION:Government agencies reserve contracts for small businesses that
	 are certified in SBA’s contracting programs. The 8(a) Program is to help 
	provide a level playing field for small businesses owned by socially and e
	conomically disadvantaged people or entities\, the government limits compe
	tition for certain contracts to businesses that participate in the 8(a) Bu
	siness Development program. This is a 4-part weekly series starting May 12
	th that will take you through the preparation for and the actual applicati
