This class (no sales!), presented by Rhodium Talent Advisors, will cover ways that businesses of all sizes can hire with an efficient process that helps you attract, identify, and select top talent. This is one workshop you cannot afford to miss!

- Align their business mission, vision, and culture with the position
- Create compelling job advertisements
- When and where to advertise their position
- How to write effective screening/interview questions
- Utilization of workplace assessments and screenings
- Tips to avoid a bad hire
