ER of TEXAS Heart of Texas Program ER of Texas would like to show our gratitude and appreciation to our first responders, EMS, firefighters, police officers, city employees and their families. The Heart of Texas program is designed to show our ongoing appreciation for people on the frontline caring for our community. The Heart of Texas Program, aptly named, because you are truly the Heart of Texas. To everyone working in the capacity of a first responder, EMS, firefighter, police officer or city employee, we would like to offer you this Member only program. As a benefit of this program ER of Texas will not require any payment, at the time of service, for those that have Commercial Insurance. Our Heart of Texas Patient Advocate will personally, work one on one with the Members so that they can receive exceptional service, without the worry of the cost associated with Emergency Care. Our Patient Advocate works countless hours with insurance companies which allows the Patient/Member to be financially worry free. How it works: Check in at any ER of Texas facility (Little Elm), let us know which entity you are with, and we will take care of the rest. Your healthcare is important to us and the last thing we want you to worry about during an emergency is money. We appreciate what you do, and we are honored to have the opportunity to serve you.
