DESCRIPTION:Summer Earn &amp\; Learn is a statewide program that provides w
	ork readiness training and paid work experience to students with disabilit
	ies\, ages 14-22. EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY Workforce Solutions for
	 North Central Texas partnered with the Texas Vocational Rehabilitation Se
	rvices to place 348 students in 2019. (Due to COVID-19\, the program did n
	ot take place in 2020.) Employers were key to SEAL’s success\; a total of 
	99 local employers participated in the program\, providing 191 worksites\,
	 and 20 students were offered continued full-time employment with various
