	lin County and Denton County-based businesses. These small business grant 
	programs are designed to assist businesses that experienced financial hard
	ships due to COVID-19. Join us as we discuss the Denton County OPEN Phase 
	II grants with Frisco Mayor\, Jeff Cheney\, and Denton County Economic Dev
	elopment Director\, Michael Talley. You will have the opportunity to ask q

	ill manage the OPEN Phase II application process and dispersal of funds as
	 they did for Phase I. Please note that some of the criteria from Phase I
