	ing portion at 8:00 AM. If you have never used Zoom Meeting before you are
	 welcome to hop on as early as 7:46 AM to get settled\, test your video an
	d audio\, etc. Registration is required as we are limited to 100 participa
	nts each week. Once registered\, you will receive the Zoom Meeting details
	 in your confirmation email. There are a few ways to Zoom: On your desktop
	 or laptop with camera (if you don’t have a microphone\, you can join usin
	g the link and then call in.) If it is your very first time to use Zoom on
	 your desktop/laptop\, you may have to download the app first. From your p
	hone using the link You can also use the Zoom app on your phone If you wis
	h to connect with audio only\, you can call on your phone using the Housto
