Assertive Communication Skills - January 14th
Do you find it hard to say no? Do you struggle with communicating clear boundaries? If you answered yes to either of these questions, or if you simply want to improve your communication skills, then this session is for you. We will discuss the differences in passive, aggressive and assertive communication styles, and you will learn tools for how to be a more assertive communicator.
