Constance is also a Lean &\; Six Sigma Certi fied Black Belt\, a Certified Change Management Practitioner\, and a Chang e Management Train the Trainer Facilitator. In her current role\, she is a Change Manager &\; Implementation Program Manager for a global informa tion and technology (ICT) company. Constance has a Bachelor's degree in Me chanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her MBA is from the University of Texas at Dallas with an emphasis in Strategy and O rganizational Behavior. Katrina Watland Bio: Katrina Watland was born in N orway and grew up moving around Europe. Katrina received her bachelor’s de gree in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University and her master’s d egree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Katrina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a certification from Norsk Coac h Akademi (Norwegian Coaching Academy). Katrina has worked as an elementar y school teacher\, in Human Resources at Arthur Andersen and at the Women’ s Center at the University of Texas at Dallas. At the Women’s Center\, Kat rina worked as a counselor\, facilitator\, and teacher for 17 years. The W omen’s Center serves women and the LGBT+ student body. Katrina’s work and life experience have given her an understanding of people from all walks o f life. She has taken her passion\, experience\, expertise and love for pe ople and turned it into a practice with a unique approach to helping other s achieve their goals. As the founder of TrueNorth Coaching and Consulting \, Katrina provides a combination of techniques to help individuals move p ast challenges or roadblocks that keep them from reaching their potential. Katrina lives in Frisco\, Texas\, with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling\, kickboxing\, and volunteering.
