At the inaugural event in our series, you'll meet Aditya and Thara Varanasi, the dynamic founders of Awarity.

 

Aditya spent 14 years at PepsiCo as an Engineer in R&D and later transitioned into Brand Marketing after receiving his MBA from Kellogg - Northwestern.   Having worked with some of the largest brands in the world, he never saw himself as an entrepreneur until he faced a pivotal choice when a new private venture he was tasked to lead went in a different direction: take a leap of faith or return to the corporate world.  Fast forward 7 years, Aditya leads Awarity, revolutionizing the advertising industry with affordable, efficient and effective brand awareness advertising solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes, across every vertical.

Thara has worked for small to large companies across the country: Walgreens, Kaplan and PepsiCo in Management, Recruiting, and Training and Development, and now serves as Chief Relationship Officer for Awarity.  She is actively involved in the community, has served on various boards and now serves on the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County Board of Directors.
