Cascadia Food Truck and Store is a locally owned and operated Cascadia Pizza Co. franchise bringing premium, wood-fired pizza to neighborhoods and community events across North Dallas, including Denton and Collin counties.

Operated by a local ownership group, our Cascadia food truck and store are rooted in the brand’s commitment to quality, consistency, and great guest experiences, with a strong focus on serving the local community. We love partnering with neighborhoods and organizations to help bring people together over great food.

We’re excited to begin serving the community in March 2026 starting with food truck and are currently booking:
